Today's Promise: John 16:33
Jesus promises you peace. Peace isn't the absence of conflict, problems, or difficulties. Peace comes from understanding that God is in control and that He cares for you. Peace comes from living under the reign of Christ in your life.
When you live in the peace of Christ, He gives you peace with your past, peace in your heart, and peace in the storm.
Jesus never guaranteed a problem-free life. He even said you will have problems and difficulties. However, He also promised that because He overcame the world, His peace will rest on you.
