Psalm 31:24 - Be strong and let your heart take courage, All you who hope in the LORD.
As long as you have hope, you have a future, but when you lose hope, you lose everything.
The word hope as used in the Bible is different than the way we use hope today. We say, "I hope we have ice cream tonight, I hope I win the lotto, or I hope my team wins.
We use the word hope the same way we use the word wish. Biblical hope is different.
When you hope in the Lord, you are putting your complete faith and trust that what God has said; He will do.
