Today's Promise: Psalm 1:2-3
When you focus on God's Word, He promises to make your life stable, fruitful, and resilient. He says the person who builds his life on the Word of God will be like a tree whose leaf does not wither.
What does it mean that your leaf does not wither? When all the other trees are losing their leaves, the evergreen continues to show it still has life.
It's easy to get discouraged, but when you ground your life on the Word of God, you will stand and flourish even through difficult times. When those around you are in despair, you will stand firm and even flourish.
