Every day you are under attack. Every morning Satan and his forces of darkness rise against you and your family. Satan will come against you with every weapon he can think of, and He will do everything He can to take you down spiritually.
If Satan can't get to you with a direct attack, he'll wage a war of words against you. Satan is the father of accusation. He whispers in your ear that you're not good enough, you don't have what it takes, you're a failure, and nobody truly loves you. He reminds you of your past sin and tries to fill you with shame and guilt. Often these words can be cut deeper than the sharpest sword and do just as much damage. Satan's goal is to discourage you in your walk with God and your desire to be used by Him.
This promise declares that Satan's attacks are powerless before you. All his weapons are useless because the Lord Jesus protects you. You have no fear of Satan because God is standing between you and the enemy. No accusation can wound you because the blood of Jesus has removed all your shame.
