Zerubbabel was leading a group of people who had been recently set free from captivity. They had no wealth, no resources, and no way of rebuilding the temple.
It wasn't about his power, his resources, or even his determination that would bring about success. It was the Spirit of God that would enable and empower Zerubbabel and his people to accomplish the job God had chosen.
When God gives you an assignment, He always provides everything you need to accomplish it.
