Sometimes you are just not sure what or how you should pray.
Have you ever entered into prayer with a loss of words? Maybe you wondered if you are using the right words or praying the right way. You may be in such turmoil that all you can say is, "Jesus, Help Me!"
In your weakest times, when you just don't know how to pray, the Holy Spirit, who knows your heart, takes your heart cry and translates it to the Father.
He takes the cry of your heart and brings it to God the Father.
