Description

This week's conversation circles around authentic leadership and its importance in our spheres of influence. Being yourself is key and it enables you to see yourself as an asset and not as a liability.

This conversation is shared with Rebecca Muriuki is a Leadership Mentor who helps black women professionals expand into their full potential and stand out as leaders in their careers. She has helped women own their voice, feel confident to be themselves and create the space for them to get seen and paid their worth.

Rebecca, a mom of 3 including twins, leads a team of 11 actuaries in the largest global audit firm, and has transitioned into senior management roles along her 10-year career. As a leader in her corporate role, Rebecca leverages her experience to help other women confidently show up as inspirational leaders for their teams while navigating the challenges of being underrepresented as a black woman in their industry.
