Showing up on social media is tough when that fear of judgement creeps in. In this episode I talk about my own experience, when and why I started sharing my story, who doubted me and how I worked through it by understanding boundaries. Get comfortable knowing someone needs to hear your story and that you aren't showing up for those people who don't believe in you. You are showing up for that one person who does!
