Karen Gately is a Karate National and International Black Belt Champion, but she had already achieved that by the age of 14.
Now she is the Director of Ryan Gately her Consulting Firm. Karen and her team are passionately trailblazing throughout Australian corporations to create cultural change. Ryan Gately work with the CEO's and Boards of Australia to create a culture where people are being looked after and provided with the platform / the tools to be the best they can be in the workforce.
Simone and I admired the way Karen expressed how she visualises what has to be done and makes it happen.
