Jesus approaches a man who was born blind and heals him. The Pharisees, who are wary of Jesus’ growing popularity do not want news of this miracle to spread. They seek to silence the man by threatening to expel him from the synagogue. Undeterred, the man testifies that it was Jesus who healed him, and the Pharisees follow through with their threat.
