This is a teenage edition with a focus on leadership, bullying, fear and value. Fear leads to bullying, not understanding the value other teenagers have can play a role in fear and bullying. I discuss fear and bullying from a value-based perspective. Teens can be leaders within their schools and among their peers, along with support from family, schools, communities, society, to overcome fear and bullying.
Understanding that all teenagers have value and matter is important. Teenagers will face challenges, will have fears and may encounter a bully. Teenage years should be a time to have fun, to learn, to develop, to discover self-identity.
