Chad is the founder and CEO of Chaos Ready Inc., a marine industry nonprofit that focuses on recognizing the inherent disaster and humanitarian capabilities of commercial marine assets. He is a maritime subject matter expert with over 25 years of management, consulting, and oceangoing experience. He has worked internationally as a licensed marine engineer and consultant with a focus on marine assurance, engineering, investigations, and a variety of specialized maritime consulting functions. He volunteers his time with industry groups including subcommittees and workgroups within U.S. Federal Advisory Committees and various industry organizations.
