After a slight delay your 'Noisey Neighbours' are back!
This week we are Alex back with Ben to chat to the torch bearer of scouse hip hop! MC NELSON!
We start by discussing our favourite coffees. We hear how Nelson has his coffee and it's actually got milk in it! Bring up comparisons of Nelsons work to 'Loyle Carner', meets 'Nujabes' meets 'A Tribe Called Quest'.
We move on to discussing all the locations Nelson has managed to pursue his music; Rotterdam, Manchester, 24 Kitchen St, park and his learning to rap in his friends' houses. We then dissect the first 4 singles; music videos, lyrics, inspirations. Always nice to hear about how an idea transforms to a song/video.
We have a new segment after that 'Social Espionage'. Nelsons tweets get discussed by the group; Tory Britain to Paris to hide and seek.
