Hello and welcome back to your 'Noisey Neighbours'.

Bit of a busy week this week for the Liverpool Arts Society! Hope Street Festival was in full swing. The boys start by discussing the event as a whole but discuss each act.

First up was 'The Meeting' – a self help meeting like no other. Hear Ben and Wilson talk about the Black Mirror parallels and the eerie atmosphere the moment you enter.

Next up was 'Thaddeus Bloody Thaddeus' – a threeway of Tom Sleman, Garth Marenghi and Alan Partridge going into the blackest corners of your mind. The three lads couldn't help themselves but laugh.

Opening the Saturday night we had Ugly Bucket's show, 'Two Clowns One Cup' – sexy, honest and will get you wet! The stand out piece of theatre for the gang! One show to not be missed!!!

Following was 'The Muckers' – pubs, pints, curry houses, ray guns and Megan. It's a two man show from the award winning company Naughty Corner Productions. One of the actors is a voice from Episode 24 – Script Suppliers (Callum Forbes).

We ended both days with 'Spare Rib Burlesque' – creative, witty, dramatic, dark, political, oh and they strip. From Baby Shark to Miss Piggy it got us all out of our comfort zone!

We top off the episode with a quick game of 'Who, What, When' with Wilson and JB battling it out on the origin dates of UK festivals. Glastonbury to Creamfields, play along and see how many you get right!

As always if you have any questions please feel free to drop 'Liverpool Arts Society' a message on Facebook or Instagram! If you like the show, please give us a 5* review and share/comment/subscribe and all that Jazzzzzz! As always a massive thank you to our jingle maker herself, Emily!!!
