Our delinquency is way higher than it was two years ago. We had pretty immeasurable delinquency back then. It's a weird market, when the market's on fire usually, lending's on fire. When the market is bad, that's because lending is bad too. Now we have this opposite scenario, which opened up an incredible gap for us. Because if you can buy properties on creative financing terms then reselling it is the best way to go.
