Description

 When it comes to being your own health advocate, we must look at doing so both in our patient/practitioner relationships as well as in our own day to day practices for maintaining good health overall. For today's episode, I take a brief look at how the conventional medicine model is failing everyone involved, what to look for in a more holistic health care team, and how to implement consistent practices for staying healthy and being your own health advocate.
