Recently I was reading Simon Sinek's book Start with Why, and I was struck by this comparison of novelty vs. innovation. Naturally, my mind applied this to the foods we eat and how it can either be a quick fix, chasing down of the latest and greatest food thing or craze, or building foundation of true, lasting health long-term.
