In this video, I discuss how River makes it possible to earn BTC yield on a US dollar savings account.
This is not a product that lends out your BTC for yield, but rather earns a fiat yield that accrues daily and is used to purchase BTC for your account that is paid monthly.
I also discuss the folly of staking your BTC for yield, which you should probably never do (e.g. Celsius, BlockFi, Voyager, etc).
Lots of people using BTC yield savings accounts like this would put a perpetual daily bid under Bitcoin.
