In this video, I discuss various price targets for MicroStrategy's common stock, as well as what blowup risk might look like, if Bitcoin were to go down a lot and MSTR was forced to liquidate its BTC holdings in order to pay off bondholders. If BTC and MSTR rally a lot, this debt gets converted to equity, so I include this scenario as well, where shares outstanding increases.
I also include a link to a spreadsheet that allows viewers to input their own assumptions when it comes to BTC price, mNAV, etc.
