When I got this I thought it was going to recharge when screwed into a lamp holder and then be usable in a power outage or as a decorative light. But it turns out that the screw-in feature is purely so you can use it in existing light fittings without power being required.

It has basic control via a button on the unit, plus extra functionality with an infrared remote control.

For manual control if you lose the remote it works like this:-
A single click turns the unit on in the last mode.
A double click cycles through
Warm White.
Mid-white.
Cold white.
Stepped colour transitions.
Smooth colour sweep.

In white modes, pressing the button continuously ramps intensity.

The LED current at high medium and low settings is as follows:-

Red - high=317mA medium=156mA low=46mA
Green - high=278mA medium=124mA low=36mA
Blue - high=288mA medium=132mA low=39mA
Warm white - high=400mA medium=173mA low=67mA
Cold white - high=425mA medium=180mA low=71mA

The lithium cell does have a protection circuit, which is important given that the bulb has a standby current draw, and the marked capacity of 3000mAh didn't tally with the tested capacity of 2155mAh. It's notable that the product had fully discharged its cell during storage and shipping to the point it had cut off on the protection circuit. It's preferable to store lithium cells in a mid-charge state.

If you get these then I recommend recharging them fully when they arrive and occasionally topping them up while in storage.

These came from an eBay seller and the price has been bumped up dramatically, so here's an AliExpress link instead:-

They also seem to be available on amazon, Temu and others.
