Hello! We are Lee Ann and Aaron Sanchez and we have been parishioners at OLA for about 6 years. We will be celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary this May and have two children, Elijah(6 years) and Malia (4 years) who make life exciting, fun, and challenging. Lee Ann grew up in Ventura and Aaron came into the community when we moved back to the area from San Jose in July 2001. What motivated us to get involved in the parish is our desire to become closer to Christ through the Church. OLA has offered many opportunities for us to do this through such ministries as Living Matrimony, That Man is You, the Women’s Ministry and the music ministry. We are thankful for the many wonderful people at OLA who have challenged and supported us spiritually to help us gain a deeper understanding of our Catholic faith. To us stewardship means acknowledging and responding to the fact that everything we have is a gift from God. We do this by giving our time, talent, and treasure back to God as we trust in Him completely - 9 - and thank Him for all His blessings.
