Description

I gave up mindfulness once. I had a tantrum, told myself off and swore I would go back to seeking happiness through the outside world. This lasted a good few weeks.

Today, I wanted to share what was going on in my head, and why I got stuck, because the same thing might happen to you (maybe it's happening now). 

So in today's class I will explain the problems I created for myself by setting goals and expectations in my practice. I will also show you how I manage these thoughts now.

I hope this helps you steer clear of some of the potholes I fell in on my own journey.
