Interview: (We spoke about this last week- follow up) Ithuba Holdings, which took over running the lottery, has been having some operational issues. Ithuba had just taken over from Gidani as the licence holder. Gidani had held the Lotto licence since 2007, and after a tender was issued Ithuba became the new licence holder this year and it was meant to take over on June 1.
