Seychelles hosted the 4th edition of the “Carnaval International de Victoria” and South Africa was a co-host for the 2014 edition. The carnival has been dubbed the “Carnival of Carnivals” and many countries from as far as the Kingdom of Bhutan came on board to make it an unparalleled success.
