Voting for top officials is still underway at the African National Congress' 54th National Elective Conference in Nasrec South of Johannesburg. The voting started last night and went through the night. The ANC will learn of its fate and who will usher it into the new future later in a few hours today. Former African Union Commission chairperson Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma and Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa stand as the only two candidates vying for ANC presidential seat following their official nominations last night. Other positions to be voted for include that of the Deputy President ,chairperson, Secretary general,Deputy secretary general and Treasurer general and the National Executive Commitee.4776 delegates will participate in the lengthy process to elect their new leaders.
