According to media reports medics in Syria say a child has died and a dozen more are being treated after another suspected chlorine gas attack. At least 23 people were killed on Monday, despite a United Nations Security Council resolution calling for a ceasefire. The UN’s Secretary General Antonio Gutteres was quoted as saying ‘it is high time to stop this hell on earth in Syria’s embattled eastern Ghouta region.
