South Africa’s department of International Relations and Cooperation has launched two institutions that will form part of their foreign policy organs. These two institutions are the South African Council of International Relations and the Association of Former Ambassadors, High Commissioners and Chief Representatives. Today on our program we will try to dissect these two institutions and analyze their function.
