As migrants continue to seek refuge in Europe, governments are still struggling on how to receive them. The latest is that up to seventeen Syrian asylum seekers drowned after a boat sank off Turkey's coast. Many continue to cross the Mediterreanean Sea, some 300 000 migrants and refuges have arrived in Greece so far this year, most of them moving on try try to reach other EU countries. Last week the European Union overrode bitter objections of four of its members establish a plan to relocate 120,000 migrants around the continent.
