This past Monday Twitter and Facebook were on a rampage against an H&M ad showing a black boy wearing a hoodie sweater with the phrase “Coolest Monkey In the Jungle” written on it. World renowned pop star The Weekend stood against this ad as he expressed on his Twitter account that he will be cutting his association with the international retailer. After this international disapproval to their ad, H&M apologised for the image and removed it from their website; however marketing analysts suggest that the retailer may loss profits due to this mishap.
