Description

It was certain yesterday at the end of the African National Congress’ national policy that the ruling party of South Africa will forge on with its decision to withdraw from the Rome Statute. This announcement was highlighted yesterday by the ANC; a day before the International Criminal Court will decide today whether South Africa violated their rules by failing to arrst Sudan’s President Omar Al’ Bashir. In February, the High Court in Pretoria ruled that government's decision was unconstitutional and invalid.
