On Thursday the world celebrated International Mandela Day, by playing their part in communities and spending their 67 minutes as called for by the United Nations. Earlier I had the privilege of interviewing Ndileka Mandela who is the first granddaughter of the former statesman, her father Thembekile Mandela was killed in a car accident on the 13th of July 1969 while his father was in prison on Robben Island. Ndileka was four years old at the time. I started by asking her what was it like growing up with the Mandela surname?
