The Southern African Development Community ICT Ministerial meeting in Balito in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal enters its second day today.The South African Government through the Department of Telecommunications and Postal Services and Department of Communications are hosting the gathering of SADC ICT Ministers responsible for Communications, ICT and Postal services from the Region, as well as its representatives of private sectors, ICT Industry players and other relevant stakeholders.
