The Pan African Parliament has in the past week received it new members and bid farewell to those who were leaving the continental body. The chambers will still be led by its re-elected Cameroonian President Nkondo Dang who there is allegations around his mismanagement of the parliaments funds. Established in 2004, PAP still suffers from the lack of legislative powers, a cry which South African politicians Julius Malema, Thandi Modise and Thoko Didiza who were sworn in as new members have raised.
