According to the International Bullettin of Mission Research Africa has the most Christians, with almost up to six hundred million Africans subscribing to the religion. Now in Easter time, many Christians will be observing the holiday in some countries, with Easter vigils, daily rituals of prayer and some taking pilgrimages to spiritual locations to celebrate their faith. However many have contested that Easter isn’t a Christian phenomenon, with the origin of the name coming from Eostre relating to a Teutonic goddess.
