The Executive mayor of Cape Town and the Democratic Alliance's Western Cape Chairperson, Patricia De Lille this morning issued a statement announcing that she is stepping down as the party's provincial leader. De Lille says the City of Cape Town has taken on various initiatives which are set to improve service delivery and this will require her undivided attention.
