A school, including a library has been torched at Xigalo (prononced: Shi-galo) village in Malamulele in Limpopo. The incident comes barely two days after the Malamulele residents' decided to call off of a five-week shut down of services protest action. They have staged protests demanding their own municipality separate from Thulamela. The shut down affected 140 schools in the area as well as businesses.
