The special investigative unit the Hawks, say they are probing whether the break-in at its offices early this morning was as a result of an inside job. Several computers have been stolen from its head quarters in Silverton, Pretoria. Hawks spokesperson Brigaier Hangwani Mulaudzi says the documents contain personal information of staff members. There has been a number of security breaches at state institutions recently‚ including a burglary at the offices of the Chief Justice earlier this year.
