The disciplinary hearing against one of the ten officials from the Durban office of Public Enterprises Department has been postponed for a second time today. This after a short recess following representation by lawyer of the Deputy Director for Utilisation and Contracts S'busiso Chonco explaining that he is ill. The department's legal representative did not want the hearing to be postponed. But after the recess the chairman said he believed him. Stephen chatted to our reporter Nonjabulo Mntungwa.
