Pre-sentencing arguments in the murder case of Christopher Panayiotou and his co-accused have been postponed to next week Thursday. In a brief sitting at the Port Elizabeth High Court, defence lawyer, Terry Price revealed that he was not ready and asked for a postponment which was granted by judge Dayalin Chetty. Panayiotou and his co-accused have been found guilty for the murder of Jayde Panayioutou outside Uitenhage in 2015. Our reporter, Mcebisi Ngqina was in court.
