Police have been deployed around the Gautrain station in Sandton Johannesburg following incidents of harassment. Metered taxi drivers have allegedly been preventing Uber drivers from operating in the area. An Uber driver died early this morning from petrol bomb attack injuries in Pretoria. Uber Movement Co-founder and representatives Teresa Munchick has expressed concern about these attacks.
