Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande says 83 percent of professors at universities in South Africa are white. Speaking on the Forum at eight on AM Live this morning, Minister Nzimande says an additional 6.9 billion rand has been allocated to fund students at tertiary institutions for the 2016 academic year. But he bemoaned the lack of transformation of institutional culture, language and curriculum transformation.
