Several people have been arrested in Itsoseng township near Lichtenburg in the North West. Angry protesters went on the rampage this morning looting foreign-owned shops. Commuters in the township were stranded as the unrest prevented public transport from operating in the area. Residents have been complaining about a shortage of water in their area
