President Jacob Zuma's appeal case against the released of the so called spytapes has been dismissed with costs. Justice Andrew Leach said the judges of the Supreme Court of Appeal have also found it irrational by former NPA Head Mokotedi Mpshe to drop the corruption charges against President Zuma. Zuma and the NPA have been appealing an earlier high court ruling that it was irrational to drop hundreds of corruption charges against the president.
