Le chaos a éclaté ce lundi au Parlement panafricain de Midrand alors que les députés n’ont pas pu s’entendre sur les modalités de l’élection du président de cet organe. Les images qui nous sont parvenus de la télévision nationale montraient clairement comment les parlementaires se disputaient l’urne et se criaient dessus. Chaos erupted on Monday in the Pan-African Parliament in Midrand as MPs could not agree on the modalities for the election of the president of this body.
