I'm joined via Skype by one of my music heroes, Sonny Mayo. He's played guitar in a few of my favorite bands and it was so great to get to know him a bit over the phone. We talked about Rock To Recovery and his trip to Panama for a Stem Cell Treatment after having his second heart attack earlier this year. I'm so happy he's still here kicking ass and doing such great work for others.
