On today's episode, we are going to be talking about becoming the overall Champion of the Leigh Brandt Muscle Classic 2021. Here's some context, for those of you who don't know the full story: I'm a fitness competitor, and I competed last week at the Alberta Open where I placed Third. Not earning the First Place Trophy last weekend was enough to stir up this deep internal hunger. So I dug deep and I pushed hard. Everything that I did wrong last week, I fixed this week.
