If there’s one thing you should never EVER feel guilty for, it’s saying “no”.
When you’re focused on building a business, placing in a show and hitting your goals… your priorities naturally shift.
Right now, I’m on prep and have told people “no” to going out. I’ve told people “no” to taking a sip of alcohol.
Don’t get me wrong - I wasn’t always like this. But as I started to make more money, and grow my business I realized saying “yes” came from a desire to be liked.
Kirsten and I are going deep into the topic of putting yourself FIRST and how to keep your blinders on without feeling guilty about it.
