Nearly 30 years ago, I had the opportunity to demonstrate great sales and marketing skills at a concert for one of my favorite musicians at the time, but my chops had not yet been developed.
So, instead, I inadvertently offered a less than enthusiastic commentary about his most recent album release.
After all this time has passed, I still wish I could have that moment back and say something else.
