Dani Cee is the founder of the Happy Life Agenda. She woke up every morning asking the same question, “What am I doing with my life?” During a lecture from leading leadership consultant and renowned therapist, Bob Hamp, Dani realized what had to change. That night, Dani did one thing differently: she rehearsed the day ahead envisioning herself handling every person and situation with compassion. She shut out the rumination of the day already behind her. This exercise got her up and out of bed early the next morning. She sat up immediately, eager to discover what would happen next! And so began the first day of the rest of her life.
