Kyle Jones and Scott Hanson sit down with Matt Constantine, Director of Public Health Services. Matt earned his graduate degree in Environmental Health at California State University, Northridge . He enjoyed working for Indian Health Services, State of California, and for the last 15 years, the County of Kern. Matt is driven and passionate about his community and desire to make Kern County an outstanding place to live.
